While maintaining the sustainability of existing products it is also prudent to introduce new products to cater to the future market demand. In this spirit, development of new products is a continuous process at Zenex Animal Health, to keep itself abreast of the market requirement.
Marketing decides the products to be developed considering future need, and its formulation and development done at R&D.

A robust model starting from material sourcing of DMF or CEP grade materials, RLD’s evaluations, taking R & D scale batches and studying their stability is in place. Upon successful product development and method validation, products are transferred to manufacturing sites for taking scale up and validation batches for product filing in many international regions viz.
MENA, APAC, LATAM, & Africa etc.

All these development activities are done in line with international guidelines such as VICH, WHO-GMP, Saudi FDA and Schedule M. Process validations, cleaning validations, method validations, in-use stability, stability study as per VICH guidance for different regions are carried out in line with the regulatory expectations to ensure Safety, Identity, Purity and Quality of Product. As a Quality conscious company, it is ensured that developed products should meet the applicable national and international standards and products should remain compliant till its life cycle.
